If I’m honest, 2017 was a rough year. The more I watched the news and scrolled through social media, the more anxious and cynical I became. It seemed that was the case for a lot of people. I even took a few months off social media and news consumption - just as a mental and emotional reset. Now that 2018 is right around the corner, what better time than a fresh start, start over, and to move forward. We’re kicking off the new year at Skyline in the biggest and best way we know. The first service we’ll be having at our home is going to be a night of worship and prayer. Each worship night ends up being something special and unique. Everyone from the band, to computer, to lights, and each speaker comes in prepared and ready to go. But God always finds a way to show up and take us to a place we could have never planned or imagined. If you’ve been looking for a chance to be intentional with your relationship with Jesus, or maybe you’ve been struggling with what it is you believe, this worship night is for you. We hope you can be there with us as we kick off a brand new year together as a church family.
