Do you need a complete restoration or just a touch up?
What did the resurrection prove?
Jesus is who he said he was.
John 11:25
Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die;”
Jesus has the power he claimed to have.
John 10:18
No one takes it from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have authority to lay it down and authority to take it up again. This command I received from my Father.”
Jesus does what he promises to do.
Matthew 20:17-19
Now Jesus was going up to Jerusalem. On the way, he took the Twelve aside and said to them, “We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death and will hand him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life!”
Complete restoration or a touch up?
My past can be forgiven.
Colossians 1:13-14
For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Will you listen to Jesus about the trouble you’re in?
My present problems can be restored.
Colossians 3:2-4
Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.
My future can be secure.
