Productive: Basics of Productivity (part 2)

Matthew 25:14-15

"Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. To one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to another one bag, each according to his ability. Then he went on his journey."

Being clear on your goals is being clear on your priorities.

A. Set Personal, Family, Health, and Business goals

B. Don't Think It Ink It – Goals need to be written down and kept visible (out of sight is out of mind)

C. Goals need to be S.M.A.R.T.

  • Specific

  • Measurable

  • Achievable

  • Relevant

  • Time-bound

Accomplish your goals by:

Using a written Daily/Weekly Priority List, a To-Do List, which is taking your goals and breaking them down into manageable pieces of work. Asking yourself, "What can I do today? What can I do this week?" to make progress on my goals. Write it down and keep it visible!

Ephesians 4:11-13

"And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ"

Ephesians 4:16

"From whom the whole body, being fitted and held together by what every joint supplies, according to the proper working of each individual part, causes the growth of the body for the building up of itself in love."
