Love Mission

We started Love Mission to help our kids experience meaningful generosity. We wanted to do more than send gifts or money away. We wanted them to meet and get to know people. It has spread to our whole church. We have Life Groups, Ministry teams, Neighborhoods and FCA groups coming together to adopt a family. When you get involved you will experience love, purpose, community, friendship and lots of laughter.

This is how it works. You sign up at church by filling out your Love Mission Registration. We give everyone at the Passaic County Jail the opportunity to have their families adopted. We call those families and get as much information as we possibly can, sizes, ages, etc. Then we assign you a family with all the information. You and your family or group go shopping for Christmas gifts that fit your family.

Then on Sunday, December 17th, the family you adopted and your family attend the same breakfast at Skyline where you get to meet them and give your gifts. It is a beautiful party. This Sunday the 12th is the final Sunday to sign up, so drop by the concierge table and don’t miss this amazing opportunity.
