Idols

• The root issue may be idols.

• Definition:

o Anything that prevents you from trusting 100% in God’s Word or God’s Way.

o Anything you depend on to meet your needs apart from God.

Deuteronomy 13:3

The Lord your God is testing you to find out whether you love him with all your heart and with all your soul.

Truthfulness

Commitment

Big Idea

If we want to be the kind of people God uses to build His Kingdom, we must cultivate

trustworthiness. It’s not a label you wear—it’s a life you live.

1 John 1:9

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.

Be refined. Be changed. Be trustworthy—not just in the eyes of people, but in the eyes of God.
